The Hermle C 650 is a dynamic machining center, designed as always for five-axis/five-sided machining. As a member of Hermle Performance Line, the machine has features that guarantee high precision and economical parts production, and can be fully automated with the HS flex heavy handling system.
Modified gantry design for optimum support of the main axes, A-axis tandem drives to avoid torsional distortion and achieve a high level of accuracy, excellent vibration absorption thanks to the mineral casting machine bed, independent dynamics with tool three-axis movement, space-saving pick-up magazine integrated into the basic bed, optimum chip removal in the working area during dry machining, the C 650 machine also relies on five-axis operation, and the worm gear drive CNC rotary swivellingwork table takes full advantage of it.
